Like a sandy swimsuit, change is uncomfortable. You have to adjust to the fact that things can’t stay where they are.
But knowing what got you here won’t get you there is just the start. To win, you have to truly embrace something different. Choose a path untrodden. One that might even scare you a little. That takes trust and trust takes courage.
Happily, trust and courage is what we build with our brand strategy, big ideas and behavioural science. We use the power of different and proven human insights to de-risk moments of change – transforming them, instead, into stories that win attention, get shared and achieve results (of the fiscal kind).
It might be a top-to-bottom rebrand or a market share-stealing campaign. But if you’re ready to grab the inflection point by the variables and turn it in your favour, you’re ready for Mighty change.
Moments of Change
It can be tempting to lump all business change together and assume it’s driven by growth. There’s probably some truth in that. What does differ are the reasons for needing change. It’s these reasons that inform a response that works.
We’ve developed a simple model to define your reasons for change so we can come up with winning solutions. It’s called Moments of Change and it’s where every project starts.

Our Senior Team
What we believe is who we are
The best way to get to know us is probably by exploring our values. This is, at our core, who we are and who you’ll be working with.
Brave, Bold, Resilient
You can’t achieve Mighty change without being brave and bold. We encourage our clients to do it all the time, so we must do the same. That means never shirking a challenge. Putting in the hard yards. Embracing and enjoying the discomfort of change like some kind of lab-grown super-brand marine. Oorah!
Eternal Optimists
We’re the most optimistic team you’ll meet. That doesn’t mean we’re some happy-clappy fantasists. Quite the opposite. It means we see the reality of the situation and use a can-do, never-say-die attitude to fix it. Solving problems with ingenuity and the resources we have – thinking creatively to succeed. But always believing we will succeed.
Street Smart
We don’t work with the biggest budgets. We don’t work with the most famous brands. That’s how we like it. It means we have to fight harder for attention. We get to use all our nimbleness, cunning, creativity and smarts. We’re the plucky fighters people always underestimate. We’re light on our feet. We punch above our weight. We … really like boxing analogies.
Always Looking Forward
Change is constant. And, as we’re in the business of selling change, we never sit still either. The past is the past. Our job is to build on it. To keep trying new things and improving old ones. Nothing is ever finished. There’s always room for bigger, better, stronger. There’s no ceiling to what we and our clients can achieve together. Onwards. Upwards.
Have some questions? We have some answers.
What type of projects do you take on?
We love projects with a bit of meat on the bones. We’re looking for companies with complicated brand propositions who want to define themselves better. Businesses that want to change the world but don’t quite know how to do it. Organisations that are missing a strategic approach to their marketing. Brands that need some TLC … or a complete overhaul.
Simply put, we like a challenge. Bring it on.
What budgets do you work with?
We’re inevitably not going to be the most expensive out there, but we won’t be the cheapest, either. We’re really proud of what we do and how we think differently to other agencies, and we feel that should be reflected in our pricing.
Most of our brand-only projects come in at a minimum of £10k, depending on what elements you need. For a website, we’d recommend a minimum of £20k, depending on the functionality you require. Paid digital projects are a bit trickier, but so we can get the best out of any campaign, we recommend you come prepared for a minimum £2k ad spend per month, plus our fee to put it all together on top.
We don’t necessarily work with companies that have megabucks to put behind a project, but the people we work with do understand that branding is an investment, rather than just something that has to be done.
How long do projects take to deliver?
We don’t like to leave things hanging around, and once a project’s booked in, we’re eager to crack on with it. What we often find is that because this is our whole world, and it’s only a little bit of yours, it can sometimes take clients a while to come back to us on things. Of course, the faster you move, the faster we do.
For a brand project, we normally suggest 8–12 weeks. If that involves a website too, we suggest around 16 weeks. We can normally get a digital campaign up and running in a couple of weeks, but usually sooner if we get everything set up and signed off in time.
How do we brief you?
We’re more than happy to have an initial chat with you and capture it all there. We’ll either come and meet you, invite you to our place, or have a chat over video. We’re not averse to the ol’ dog and bone either.
That being said, when it comes to a website, having a good written brief is great, because it means we can refer back to it and make sure we’re bearing in mind all the functionality you need. Even if you make a list of ‘must-haves’ and ‘nice-to-haves’, that can be really helpful to give us an idea of what we need to do.
The other thing we do need is a rough budget. It really grinds our gears when we come up with a fantastic idea for a project, only to find the client wants it for peanuts. If you can give us a budget at the start, we all know what to expect and we can work on giving you the best possible option within your price range.
How do you decide if a project is a good fit for Mighty?
Our brand values really speak for themselves – if you have a read of those and find they resonate with you, then we’re probably a great fit for your project.
We want to work with businesses that find themselves in a Moment of Change and are eager to either work through it or take advantage of it. Here are a few other things we like:
Active decision makers
People who trust us to do the work well
Businesses with a sense of purpose
Companies that value curiosity
People who put the ego aside
Do you work with startups?
If you’re VC-backed, definitely. We love working with venture-funded startups to get them to the next stage. So if you’re Series A, B or C funded, let’s have a chat.
How do you deliver proposals?
Well, it isn’t by carrier pigeon. Rather than sending it over without any context, we like to talk you through it all, either in person or over a video call. That way, if you’ve got any questions, we can chat through it in the first instance and make sure we’ve captured everything you need.
We’ll still send you a deck afterwards with the proposal and all the info you’ll need about us, but this means we can get to know each other and see if we’ve got the right chemistry.
How soon can you start a project?
It depends on what else we’ve got on the books, but we normally get started within two weeks of everything being signed off. When you first accept our proposal, we’ll send you a few bits:
Letter of agreement
Terms and conditions
New client form
Initial invoice for kick-off
Then we need to make sure we’re all on the same page, so we’ll hold an internal kick-off meeting with the right team, get planning, and arrange a scoping meeting with you as needed.
Oh, and it’s worth mentioning that if you don’t sign the letter of agreement but instruct us to get on with it, our T&Cs are binding from that point.
Can we work with you on strategy-only projects?
Absolutely. Strategy is at the heart of everything we do and it’s what we’re really good at. So we’re more than happy to take on strategy-only projects.
On the web side, do you do development-only projects?
No, we don’t. Our developers are absolutely brilliant and can create practically anything, but we prefer not to work on other people’s designs. If they’re not as carefully considered as our own, it’s a bit of a faff for everyone involved as we try and make things right. If you want us to work on a website, come and have a chat with us from the start.
When it comes to digital, do you do one-off projects?
We love working on a bunch of different digital campaigns, so yeah, we’ll look at one-off projects that are only running for a set period of time. That said, we prefer a minimum of three months to assess and make sure it’s all working as it should.
